John, Ovonics has been mentioned here by several people in the past. I am just curious how the technology is progressing. The update was useful and spurred much talk on the INTC thread. The number of cycles it tolerates seems limited unless they are just describing the prototype. In order to function in place of DRAM or even non-volatile memory it would seem that the endurance issue will need to be improved. Aus
