Neocon--I always find it interesting that when things go well when there is a Democratic president, it's because of the Republican Congress and 2/3's governorships they hold; but, oddly, your side is only too quick to credit Reagan with all sortsa things, despite the fact that the Dems controlled the House for all of his tenure (by a pretty big margin), and the Senate for part of it.
