Andrew, Thanks, that would be encouraging. There was an article in the last Fortune (July 7 issue) that explains the benifits of options to a company. No cost when issued and when the employee purchases the stock at the option price, and then sells them at a higher current price the company gets to write of the difference between the option price and the current price as an expense. It is definetly a win win for the company and we will be seing more of it in the future. regards ed
