Ironic.

It seems to me that to avoid them you have to post and then edit. If you edit after hitting submit it duplicates it.

Strangest one for me was when I tried to post and then edited. The edited post showed first, then three of the original posts. Easiest thing to do may be to log off and come back tomorrow.
