I think that FDA guidance is 20-30% difference from baseline, and at statistical difference comparing placebo.

I am puzzled why EET of 1 1/2 min for placebo, and is drug effect MASKED by this? How they come at P=0.012 with 25 sec difference?

All this to better understand gene therapy results.

Regards the patent, I am asking CLTX for their view. Hope they will respond.
