True Story... I can't say if this applies to Novell, but look at some "history". Once upon a time, a small, "who cares" kind of weekly news rag called U.S. News and World Report was purchased by Mort Z. (This is all public and could be verified by calling the rag). My mother was "vested" in their retirement plan at $300 dollars per share. Mort Z. paid "ten times" that amount. The moral. The real estate was the game - in Washington, D.C. I would like to know more about the real estate holdings of Novell. Is any of this "published and appraised"? tman
