As for oil price- I wonder how much is due to the warm weather. It has been Very mild here so far this fall. Temps in the low 70's expected this weekend. I usually have put my bicycle up for the year by now- but it looks like I'll be able to ride clear thru november.

The great thing about oil stocks is their hedge value. If the price of gas, heating oil etc. goes up- it's not so bad, if you're holding the stocks. If the price goes down- it's not good for the stocks, but your expenses for energy go down. Now if I can just get that ST timing down. <g>

Looks like some support in the 19 and 17 areas, then more solid support at the '94 lows around 14.

If crude breaks down here- the CRB should fall thru multi-yr. lows with it. That spells trouble- with a capital D, and that stands for Deflation. <g>
