X, you avoided the main point of my post.... If a "preemie" can live on its own at 4-1/2 months, and thereby acquire full Constitutional rights as a person, how can those rights be denied a 4-1/2 month old fetus in the womb? Isn't this the ultimate in arbitrary discrimination? In other situations, we don't revoke a person's Constitutional rights because they go on some kind of life-support. JC
