As mentioned in its latest quarterly financial statements, the company continues to review opportunities to refinance subordinated debt, amend its debt agreements, raise new financing and sell assets. Discussions are continuing but there can be no assurance that the company will reach agreements on such endeavours, or that any agreements would be reached on terms consistent with recent trading prices for its securities.
