But that doesn't resolve other issues, e.g. 4th Amendment unreasonable search and seizure, over obtaining specimens from 250 million innocent non-suspects to create the database, and who presumably would be ordered to appear at sample collection stations (maybe on election day?) to spit, pee, or bleed into a test tube after proving (using their already-existing false i.d.'s? <g>) their identity.

We will all have lost some freedom, while the same group of thugs who already are trying to conceal their identities will create new false i.d.'s, and we will be lulled into a false sense of security.
