Richard,
Some of what he did was good policy but the character of the man sickens me. We have now have a far less bright president who with character and determination and most importantly good advisors(I love Rummy) is winning the first stage of a major war. Clinton never had the talent around him and his policy seemed always to be made by holding his finger up to test the direction of the hot air all around him. mike
