What is the new company formed by Microsoft and First Data (?) today going to do to Checkfree. Does Checkfree have the strength to defend its marketshare? I don't know what the perception of First Data or Microsoft is among the financial community; to the uninitiated such as myself I view them as a strong threat to the wide open market Checkfree was developing. But if it was profitable which it appears to be reaching that point, there was bound to be competition.

In your opinion, what will happen to Checkfrees stock price?
