The indices are negative

now (barely so, at least) but the up volume is greater than the down volume by not an insignificant amount.

Distribution?

I have trouble understanding distribution (and how it is "managed").

If the sell-off starts, I want to be the first to sing "Here comes the slide, here comes the slide ...."
