RS, what is the ATC authority referenced in that filing? I presume it is the launch of constellation 2, requiring apparently ATC authority to attract funding, that will provide urban canyon and "in building" coverage, but mostly guessing here. Would you mind addressing the request for ATC authority and the upgrading of the system referenced in the filing? TIA. Pierre
