Thread, Hardware Analysis does some benchmarks with PC1066 and PC1200 RDRAM. The results are fairly impressive.

hardwareanalysis.com

In SysMark2001, the 2.0GHz Pentium 4 gains 9.7% using PC1066 RDRAM and 17.4% using PC1200 RDRAM.

In Quake III, the 2.0GHz Pentium 4 gains 4.1% using PC1066 RDRAM and 8.6% using PC1200 RDRAM.

Of course, having a Pentium 4 engineering sample is required, since you have to modify the multiplier to overclock the memory bus to 133MHz and 150MHz. But at the very least, this gives a little preview of what Intel may be able to gain by going to PC1066 and 533MHz FSB next year.
