A group of college Republicans claims it came under verbal assault for distributing posters announcing a rally in support of U.S. forces in Afghanistan. Truly despicable that people do NOT support our troops. What are they thinking. These young stand up men are fighting for the freedoms we in this country have. Everyone here should respect and support our troops, no matter what. And when they return, welcome them wholeheartedly, not like the disgrace that went on after Viet Nam when returning soldiers were spit upon. We in this country owe all who honorably serve in the military our undying respect and gratitude.
