BC, your post is thought-provoking. Very nice. In general I agree with that you are saying, but I think you are significantly overestimating the effect. Concentration is skewing things, but not as much as you contend imo. Anyway, don't bother responding, I'll have more to say when I have time to give your post the time it deserves. Cheers
