Hi David,

I am not bending ANY of my trading rules... I have always had one rule over all the others... and IF AND ONLY IF (it's called the IFF)

THE ONLY TIME I WOULD EVER BREAK THE RULES IS IF THE RISK REWARD EXCEEDS 1:16.

With as much as a 25% correction coming (I know that sounds totally out of the question... but nobody believes we will ever crash again) my risk reward on the puts I just bought is about 1:50. BUT I COULD BE ABSOLUTELY LUNATIC WRONG!!!!

But I don't win many in this category... when I do, it is a BIG payoff.

Regards,

Bill
