XP is shipping in 46% of PCs already? Can't believe that." I believe it. These OEMs are usually very fast with OS transitions, and Microsoft is usually very good at delivering volumes both before and after a new OS launch. OK, we'll take it. There was also an analyst's comment about corporate people that didn't get off NT 4.0 (didn't go on to W2K), but now will go to XP.
