Only belatedly do politicians now refer to TWA 800 as a bombing. It kind of snuck its way into being accepted and openly referred to that way, years after the fact. They're just not gonna refer to this as sabotage/terrorism. The airline industry would go under! Especially before the holidays.

But why this plane, that is another mystery. I mean, they were going to Santo Domingo. Not exactly the population you care to hit.
