heehee, I think Dalin must have locked in his rate either 1-week ago today or 2-weeks ago today. The 10-year T-bill yield double bottomed on those dates, and has been rising since last Thursday. Today it is up over 0.55% in the past week. That may mean his 5-5/8% 15-year could now be about 6-3/8 to 6-1/2%.
