Kevin is ok. Mike is just playing along, he was more gullible than anything. Vince has a rather sordid past, but he's just a blustering toothless fool now trying to resurrect his glory days when he had the means to rip people off. Babe is a 40 watt bulb that went out years ago but someone forgot to change it and it just hangs forlornly in the dark hallway.
