I think I probably had more than 13 inches of rain in north Austin. My place flooded... bad. I have no phone service and the cell phone service is out too. I came in about 4:30, opened the front door and the entire place had standing water. My cat was quivering on the bed. Some men just left after "extracting" water from my place. The carpet is still squissy and covered with leaves and shit. Everything I own has been moved and stacked on other stuff. I am holding up pretty well considering. One thing of interest... I have a new Micron PC. I poured over a quart of water out of the CPU and it never even flickered! Well, back to the muck... Norma
