If slowing demand in Southeast Asia and South America resulted in FSESX going below $16 in 1998,
the slowing world economies this year should cut FSESX to at least $16.

I think the U.S. at war with possible oil supply problems was the last leg on the oil price stool.
I plan to watch FSESX for an entry point next year.
