That was a good one. However, after continuing research, etc., it is my conclusion Glenn Zagoren and JPC were the criminals in this scam which they orchestrated from the beginning.

They used Malko as a pawn and a scapegoat in their criminal activities in the PNLK stock selling swindle.

Investigation should focus on Glenn Zagoren. If authorities can bust him, he will give them JPC on a platter. He is the one who has computer files or other data which will incriminate JPC.
