DynCorp International LLC Signs Memorandum of Agreement with AcSys Biometrics
BURLINGTON, ON, Nov. 16 /CNW/ - Nexus Group International Inc. (NXS:TSE)
announces that DynCorp International LLC, a Fort Worth, Texas-based unit of DynCorp - a
$2 billion information technology and outsourcing solutions firm - and AcSys Biometrics
Corp. have signed a Memorandum of Agreement to pursue international development
applications including those that have been brought to the fore by certain ICAO initiatives.
"We are looking forward to future initiatives with AcSys Biometrics Corp. AcSys' Face
Recognition System is very powerful, reliable and easy to maintain. It integrates simply
with existing technology and provides the heightened security we know our customers
require," said Peter Phelan, DynCorp International's LLC's director of business
development.

AcSys Biometrics is the leading provider of neural technology that mimics the analytical
processes of the human mind. AcSys Biometrics owns the exclusive worldwide-patented
Holographic/Quantum Neural Technology (HNeT) license for face recognition
applications. AcSys' FRS is designed to recognize human faces in multiple applications
under challenging environmental conditions. It is the only face recognition technology
capable of recognizing up to four individuals at one time. Furthermore, because AcSys
Biometrics FRS uses HNeT technology that mimics the thought processes of the human
brain, it is uniquely able to learn. With this ability, every time it recognizes an individual it
updates its memory, thus accommodating gradual changes in physical appearance over
time. AcSys' FRS does not need to keep photographs of individuals in its database in
order to remember them so this technology is not invasive of privacy.

"AcSys is privileged to be working with such a prestigious organization as DynCorp and
is proud to be the provider of choice for their future face recognition biometric needs. We
view this strategic alliance as a strong foundation for mutual growth and look forward to
pursuing future opportunities with them," said Jerry Janik, president and C.E.O. of AcSys
Biometrics.

DynCorp, with world headquarters in Reston, Va., is among the largest employee-owned
technology companies in the country. The company employs more than 23,000 technology
and technical professionals who work at more than 550 company and customer locations
around the world.

AcSys Biometrics is a joint venture between NEXUS Group International Inc. and AND
Corporation, the owner and developer of the patented, proprietary Holographic/Quantum
Neural Technology (HNeT). AcSys is the leading-edge provider of facial recognition
through its exclusive worldwide license for face and speech recognition based on the core
software - HNeT - with applications for the financial, manufacturing, security and medical
sectors

NEXUS is a Burlington, Ontario-based, organization focused on leading- edge
technologies. Its goal is to position itself as the leader in biometric technology and other
advanced fields. NEXUS trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange as NXS.
