MO will rise again! I see MO dipping a little more, but in the long run doing excellent. The settlement, despite my desire that MO would have fought the battle in the courts, is a sure victory for tobacco. They have enought politicians in their pocket to keep the settlement pretty much as is. Those fellas at MO aren't dumb. They found a way to stay on top, that's why almost every comment on the settlement has come from the non-tobacco side. Long on MO, geoff
