How about UAL & AMR this week. Nice 30%+ moves in each since Monday's Mysterious American flight #587 crash. This time someone bought calls in size before Monday's plane crash. Wonder if the SEC will look into that? -ng- FWIW, this surely won't be a popular view here, but with so much talk of a much needed pullback on just about every thread and since just about everyone I know that's still short is in pain but not covering, I think this melts up Monday. Normally, Delta Hedging would mean Monday should be down, but since I consider this a revisit to the Mania rules (ie- no rules), I think this gaps & runs Monday to get this pig to the promised land of 10K, 2K. Guess we'll know soon enough............
