Would this surprise you ? I remember you posting more than once implying, that .13 is maxed out at 1.26MHz. You had calculated that Intel would thus gain only 26% from .13 transition and how then P4 .13 scaling be in trouble ? If this article is correct you would have underestimated .13 by about half.

Would that change the competative landscape with P4 .13 in your mind ?
