JNPR fell from 240 to 10 between late 2000 and late sept., so it was so volatile that it's moving average has
not been able to move down as quickly as CSCO's.

Obviously 240 to 10 is a much larger % drop than CSCO's 82 to 10. I personally believe that JNPR will
outperform CSCO on a relative basis over the next 4 to 6 to 12 months. JNPR's last Q was highly impressive.

I'm not sure how they perform on a relative basis over the next 4 weeks. you want to buy JNPR if it closes
it's GAP at 17, unless they start talking about ENE type limited partnerships -g-

CSCO looks like it will have trouble taking out 22.50 in the next few weeks, if it does that will be very bullish.
