It is actually "Goyim", the word GOY, means nation, GOYIM, is plural and thus means " nations". In the Bible, the almighty promises Abraham to make his descendants a "Great Goy", or a great nation. Later, the term "GOYIM", was adapted to mean "all other nations". As for all other nations not being equal human beings, I have no knowledge of such a citation in the Bible or in later writings. There is some "inellectual" loathing to nations that still prayed to idols, but with the spreading of monotheism, that is probably no longer an issue. There is the concept of the "Chosen Nation" referred to Israel, but there are a variety of opinions as to what was Israel chosen for. The last 2000 years seems to be a proof that what Jesus had to suffer on behalf of all Christians, the Jews had to suffer on behalf of all other nations. It seems that the "Chosen", was to be construed as "chosen to serve as an example", chosen to endure 2000 years of calamity after calamity and yet endure and keep the flame of Moses and his books. These books, are, in essence the codification of a moral standard, which despite all the calamities, the Jews have managed to maintain through those 2000 years and even convey part of it to the rest of the world.
