On a side note -- did anyone hear about the new Supreme Court ruling yesterday 6/26/97 extending the definition of "insider" to "non-company employees." I heard it on radio several times yesterday and thought it might be of interest to all posters -- I guess everyone (including me) will just have to be careful what we post (so we can still trade affected securities) and so we don't incur liability. I guess it is good it comes up now since I am sure some info we will be coming across will be private (not pubicly announced on the wires) -- This is certainly going to make this live industry analysis experiement a little more difficult. I may have to rethink this project. Suggestions?
