The Taliban proved that they were pefectly capable of believing in their right to tell people what was right and wrong.

Every substantive law ever passed constitutes an imposition by the ruling group on the nonruling group of what the ruling group believes is right and wrong, but the nonruling group doesn't agree is right or wrong (if they did, the law would be unnecessary).

And, of course, parents constantly tell their children what is right and wrong, and believe they are right to do so.

I doubt there are very many people around who would agree that they should never tell anybody what right and wrong are.
