Well, that's how I am looking at it but I am still pretty darn mystified.
First, something I thought could happen happens, so I'm a psychic now and second, the reaction which I feared might materialize if such a problem did come to pass does not happen. In fact, if we have another day like this, maybe we're better off without CE9.1! (That's a joke :o)).
