Hi Condor; I'm hopeful that all that the Afghani diaspora will have a beneficial effect on the country. Even if they do not return, their letters and phone calls will expand horizons in Afghanistan.

I'm convinced that half of the taming of the Soviet Union was due to the letters and photographs sent home from their emigrants.
