The Q or the new Q will provide stocks that will move.
These will come from the Nasdaq 100 by doing searches.

Assuming hte cycle bust isn't upon us, the second issue, envisioning the investment sector leader for 2001-2010 is difficult. Perhaps it will be biotech .... maybe energy ...
personally I can't think of any ....

The Nasdaq Channel will provide the times to buy and sell.
No guessing of the future is required. Just listen to the market says.
