Otoh if "we took a poll" from the same group of people theyd overwhelmingly agree that the punishment fits the crime.... Much like swearing at a funeral in a particular state does.... Frivolous lawsuits resulting in minor convictions GET frivolous punishments (despite selfish reasoning otherwise).... -Be thankful the punishment goes MUCH further then it should (despite selfish reasoning otherwise).... - Be thankful to MS for massive and expeditious penetration of software (despite selfish reasoning otherwise).... - BE thankful for other reasons then selfish ones.
