Great to see a French view. They are the ones still dealing with Iraq and pulling all the oil out of it. (total oil) I believe is one of the French oil companies doing business in Iraq. Kazakhstan.oil has been in negotiations for over twenty years by all international oil companies.. Just in the last year or two a couple of major oil companies abandoned trying to run a pipe line out of the country. to come with the bs and give it any credibility is of concern. We need to stay focused , we are there because they destroyed nyc. and killed thousands of innocent people.
