After much investigation and soul searching our group has come to the conclusion that WLGS -as a "wireless" investment vehicle is of NO value. Regretably ,those who had wished to prevent the business plan we had admired from being implemented have succeeded in destroying any possibility for that to occur.
A combination of management miscalculations,economic downturns,Murphy's Law and most important(we are convinced} the deliberate attempt by certain funders and manipulators to force the failure of Mr. Haffer's attempts to achieve success have caused the current situation.
Based on this appraisal[late as it is in its decisive acceptance by our group]we have ceased to follow the convoluted movements of present management and our devoting our efforts investigating the legal instruments available to ourselves and interested ex or present shareholders from March 2000.Our efforts will not be against the Company itself but the funders and manipulators-this on the legal advice we have received.
We have been also advised that we should refrain from posting any information as to who or how we will be acting ,except to say that once our plans have been co-ordinated we will ask any other past or present shareholders who might be interested to contact us regarding joining in the class action suit.Those who have already contacted us are on our list. Hopefully action will begin shortly.
