The Bureau of Immigration at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport said the terrorist trainees began arriving in the country after forces of the Northern Alliance began taking control of most cities in Afghanistan. Authorities assured the terrorist trainees are being monitored by the international police and the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
