looks like it's open on 12/24. a lot of timers are watching 12/14 as a critical cycle date also. Chris Carolan has that day the top of bullish sentiment (market top?). calendarresearch.com It's also a solar eclipse and new moon. (we had a solar eclipse (?) on 6/21 and it turned out to be a high.) Just throwing this out there. -g-
