What do you make of the double legs on some of the capital As? That seemed strange to me. Maybe it was traced, place a paper over block letters from a newspaper, for example, trace them, then xerox the note. That might account for the slant in some of the writing, maybe the paper underneath slipped. And the double lines may have been a retracing after he got the paper lined up again.
