Personally, all I can say is "What's the problem?" I actually do have some respect for the British and Germans. The Brits have and have had a stable democracy for a long time. They do have that really strange attachment to a bunch of nitwits and spoiled brats called the Royal Family, but the people themselves are great! Bulldog determination, hardworking, smart. The Germans have twice in the last century been beaten into the earth and popped back. The second time they actually got it right. The French think making so-so wine and eating amphibians is Kultur. Oops. culture. Because Kultur overruns them whenever it feels like it. The Japanese seriously overrate themselves. Sometimes they even convince others. Their stupidity in attacking the US at Pearl Harbor is appalling. What idiot told them they could defeat us? And their greatest moment turned out to be a Ponzi scheme. Did I miss anything?
