You are probably right. What the leg pain has done for me is eliminate my back pain. So it ain't a bad thing.

Anyway, what I've been contemplating is adding Copper, Magnesium, and Zinc to my diet. I doubt I get enough of any of that.

The leg pain comes from building up my hamstrings and such. However, in August I was on VIOXX and been doing Ab work and leg work and I would rather have leg pain than back pain.

I'm in the best shape I've been in since 1980. A little bit of leg pain is a small price to pay.

Bought a Bowflex, just arrived yesterday. Even bought it with the max 410 pound resistance.

You aren't going to tell me there is formaldehyde in that sucker, are ya?
