anon, that 6-21 was a high (2079), but it was a lower high, followed by a higher highs July 2 (2181), 2105 (July 13), 2079 again (July 19), and 2079 (Aug 3).

In reference to the 12-14 cycle date, if it does not coincide with a low, I would have to believe it would be a lower high, maybe the mid-1700's.

In order to get there, I believe we'd have to have already bounced off support below 1700 (probably 1646), and we'd have to be on our way to either re-test the lows of September or support at 1620-1628.

If that is a high, it would seem that it would have to be in the context of Zeev's scenario 2 (double top).
