NA also knows well that Kandahar Pushtoons before closing in on Omar are awaiting their political openess and real inclusiveness. TAKE OVER of Kandahar is being delayed as Talebin are convincing the warlords of NA domination. This is understood by hte Allied powers. I don't think anyone forces will leave and I would still predict a broad settlement soon. Everyone is working towards that.
