I was not going to response to you, but your comments are so insulting to my intelligence (and others) I could not just pass. Since you have also blocked me to post to this thread I ended up spending another $200 on SI membership fee (which is OK as I make that up easily on my trades tomorrow). Since I am almost certain you are going to block me once again, I call this one post a $200 post, but in reality it is worth $200 million to me! I only wished I could say the same thing to other fanatic Moslems out there.

You really amaze me! You provided a link to me to go and read about Islam and Quran, and now you are telling me that translation of the verse on wife beating is not quite right! For God's sake I used the same exact link you gave me. In fact I have checked with at least 4 other links on Quran (all translations provided by hard-core Islamic centers) and they all say the same thing.
You say Quran was revealed in Arabic, YES. But does that mean Islam is limited only to the Arabs? Non Arabs I guess are required first to learn Arabic and then decide if they want to become Moslem! Gee... I never thought the word of God can be so complicated to understand and learn!

Please with all means, I am yet to see a link from you or anyone to find out about the reasons behind the verses in Quran (especially on wife beating and killing of non-Moslems).
I can not find the reasons from you (or any other Moslem) because you people all claim these are words of the God and therefore you do not question them! So what you have basically stated (see your very own 2 posts before this) it is then OK for Moslems to abuse women and kill and destroy non-Moslems all in the name of all mighty God?!!

++++all I’ve asked anyone wanting to find out about Islam is to realize that some of the verses of the Holy Qur’an were revealed for specific circumstances. And I gave the example of the verse that talks about the killing of the non-believers…

Have you not noticed that not too many are posting on this propaganda thread anymore? Look at your list of people whom you have blocked from posting, and see how long it has gotten to be!
