Semitic is a language group, not even determined by faith or lack of.

These two statements are contradictary. Both Arabic and Hebrew are Semitic languages.

Anti-Israel is not necessarily anti-Jewish.

No, just by long tradition. As it says in the Talmud "Esau's hatred for Jacob is solid as the law".
