For those Canadians who would like to limit the abuses by Telemarketers, both voice and
fax, the CRTC is taking comments.

It would be nice if this scourge on communications had to get an explicit signed consent from
each subscriber before they could initiate any electronic communication; and it would be
even better if they were required to pay for each call made thus offsetting the burdens they
impose on both telcos and telco subscribers.
