FYI

I already sent a complaint to the SEC with regards to potential breach of Fiduciary duty by the Board and stock price manipulation. As I noted before, I believe the more complaints made, the better chance the SEC will pay attention since the SEC website notes they get 44,000 complaints annually which take 3 to 4 months to investigate (if they choose to). The SEC's website is at www.sec.gov/index.html - go to Investor Assistance and Complaints. I am not sure the SEC has authority over breach of Fiduciary duty - that may be civil, but what the heck-I threw it in anyway.

I also agree that if someone has time to make calls to Coke or Pepsi, it's a great idea - please do it. If I were able to make a decision for the Company, I'd buy DRNK at $5. To me it is a slam dunk decision.

As far as hidden surprises inside of Cable Car, what could be there? The product speaks for itself - unless someone got poisoned from a bad batch or something like that, I could not fathom anything major.
